Introduction: Social responsibility from an ethical point of view includes the obligations and duties of natural and legal persons towards society and the environment. The moral behavior of people, like understanding of social responsibility, depends on their liberal ideology, beliefs and human values. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to study the relationship between liberalism and human values with the moral understanding of social responsibility. Material & Methods: The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational survey. The statistical population includes the financial managers of the companies admitted to the stock exchange, and the questionnaire was randomly distributed among them and 110 questionnaires were received. The sampling method is random. The research tool is a questionnaire and multivariate regression using SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Results: The research results show that human values based on public interest have a significant and positive relationship with the moral understanding of social responsibility. But the thinking of liberalism does not have a meaningful relationship with the moral understanding of social responsibility. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, human values based on public interest can be considered as a tool to strengthen the moral behavior of company managers regarding corporate social responsibility. Also, improving the thinking of liberalism in managers can strengthen their social responsibility. In this case, the policy makers of Stock Exchange can direct the managers of the listed companies to comply more with the social responsibility of the company, through teaching human values and strengthening those values, as well as monitoring the implementation of ethical regulations

Background: Ameloblastoma an odontogenic tumor of ectodermal origin has been reported to arise, on rare occasions, in a primordial or dentigerous cyst of a young person. Numerous authors have suggested differing nomenclatures for these ameloblastomas and have sought to describe and classify the clinical and histopathologic features. These tumors have been characterized as a distinct variant exhibiting less aggressive behavior and a lower rate of recurrence than conventional ameloblastoma.Aims: This study was designed to look at the Human papilloma virus as a caurse for Ameloblastoma.Materials and Methods: Samples of Ameloblastoma tumors were traced from the filing system in path lab Beheshti Dental School. Using PCR technique a search was carried out to dated HPV in DNA of samples.Results: There was a clear relationship between the rates of HPV in Ameloblastoma cases.Conclusion: HPV could be a preparing factor for Ameloblastoma.

Based on the verses, the process was defined as the introduction to the institutionalization of religious values ​​in the businessman 1- Gaining self-knowledge (knowing the talents, capacities, existential dimensions and position of man in the universe); 2- Gaining monotheistic insight (knowing the origin and your relationship with the Creator); 3- Reciprocity is (knowing the destination and drawing the path of happiness in the universe). After the realization of these three stages, the beliefs must be proven through rational and scientific reasoning and penetrate, in this case, the acceptance of good qualities in the businessman will be facilitated.

Today, Islamic architecture manifests and evokes a kind of attitude towards the world of existence, which illuminates the intellectual and structural power of man. This article tries to define excellence, culture, Islamic architecture and the teachings of Islam and the capacities of each and how they interact with each other from the perspective of Islam (based on the teachings of Islam), the relationship between them with a practical model in the field of Islamic architecture. and present a definition of Islamic architecture based on the exaltation of human cultural values. The research method is descriptive-analytical-fundamental logical reasoning. Logical inference proves that proper Islamic architecture can have capabilities corresponding to the levels of human existence and existence, and it helps people to find a proper understanding of the levels of the universe by using the values of human cultural excellence. According to the concepts, meanings and symbols of Islamic architecture and human excellence in religious teachings and the principles and rules of Islam in architecture, it can be concluded that the architectural features that influence human excellence are classified into six groups: the source of perfection and the path to God, avoidance of futility Harim, faith in God and Prophets, adornment and avoiding boasting and proper status; Each category takes advantage of its specific Islamic architectural features: multiplicity to unity and unity to multiplicity, dome, minaret, altar, avoidance of futility, hierarchy and introversion, light and centrality, sun, color and inscription, hierarchy and rhythm. And they are influenced and influenced by repetition.

This paper aimed at designing a human resources development model based on organizational values in the Health Insurance Company of Fars Province (Iran). The study was conducted in three parts: first investigates the literature and theoretical foundations related to the aspects and indicators of HRD and organizational values. The second part is laid on a qualitative foundation and takes advantage of grounded theory. The third part adopts a quantitative approach to design modeling based on partial least squares. We used a purposive sampling method in the qualitative part where 15 individuals were eventually selected and interviewed. Statistical population in quantitative part was comprised of 150 managers and experts in Health Insurance companies in Fars Province. To estimate and verify the reliability and validity of the study instrument, we made use of face validity, content validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity and internal consistency. Moreover, confirmatory factor analysis based on partial least squares was utilized to estimate the foresaid indices. The study results indicated that the HRD indicators are competencies, potentials, behavioral factors, managerial factors, supportive factors and infrastructural development; the organizational values’ indicators were also found to be justice-orientation, fundamental factors, managerial factors and policy-making factors.
